BeautyBucks

1. Eligibility

   • The BeautyBucks Loyalty Program is open to all registered users of the Belleza Nail and Beauty online shop.
   • Only one account per person is allowed.
   • The program is active from 1 October 2024, and only purchases or activities from this date onwards will be eligible for earning BeautyBucks.

2. Earning BeautyBucks

   • Users will earn 500 BeautyBucks upon successful registration of an account.
   • For every R1 spent on the Belleza Nail and Beauty online shop, 1 BeautyBuck will be earned, excluding shipping costs and any other fees.
   • After completing the first order, users will earn an additional 400 BeautyBucks.
   • BeautyBucks only applies to online orders; in-store purchases are not eligible for this program.
   • Earn 200 BeautyBucks when leaving a verified product review, limited to 10 products per order.  Only one review per product is eligible for earning points.
   • The maximum number of BeautyBucks that can be earned from product purchases is capped at 10,000 BeautyBucks per order.
   • Points are calculated after discounts and coupons are applied.
   • Shipping and other fees do not contribute to earning BeautyBucks.

3. Redeeming BeautyBucks

   • BeautyBucks can be redeemed by converting points into store credit. 50 BeautyBucks equals a R1 discount.
   • A minimum of 1,000 BeautyBucks must be accumulated before they can be redeemed.
   • BeautyBucks can be used in conjunction with other discounts, promotions, or coupons unless stated otherwise.
   • Orders placed using redeemed BeautyBucks are ineligible to earn additional points.

4. Point Expiration

   • BeautyBucks will expire after 365 days of inactivity. Inactivity is defined as no earning or redeeming of points within the stated period.

5. Account Limitations

   • Points are non-transferable between accounts.
   • Points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.

6. Order Adjustments

   • If an order is cancelled, returned, or refunded, any BeautyBucks earned from that purchase will be deducted from the user’s account.
   • If the balance of points is insufficient after a return, the remaining amount will be adjusted from the refund or charged to the user.

7. Program Modifications and Termination

   • Belleza Nail and Beauty reserves the right to modify or terminate the BeautyBucks Loyalty Program at any time, with or without notice.
   • Any changes to the program will be reflected in the terms and conditions and communicated to users via email or through the website.
   • In the event of program termination, any unused BeautyBucks will be forfeited.

8. Fraudulent Activity

   • Belleza Nail and Beauty reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any fraudulent or suspicious activity related to the earning or redemption of BeautyBucks.

9. General Conditions

   • Participation in the BeautyBucks program is subject to these terms and conditions, as well as the general terms of use of the Belleza Nail and Beauty website.
