WRONG ITEM/SIZE/COLOUR OR DAMAGED
We do our best so that your order is precise every time, but in the event this happens please inspect your package once you received it.
In the rare case there is a damaged item, a missing item or an incorrect item in your package we require that you contact us within 7 days after receiving your package.
If no attempt to contact us via telephone, WhatsApp or email is made regarding the damages/missing items within 7 days, all items are deemed correct and in order.
NOTE: Items can only be returned if they are in the original product packaging with all seals intact, including labels and stickers.
REFUNDS
Refunds will only be given under the following conditions:
- Item was purchased directly from Belleza Nail & Beauty
- Item is damaged, or
- Item is incomplete, or
- Item sent is an incorrect item, size or colour – does not correlate to the order
NOTE: Items can only be refunded if they are returned in the original product packaging with all seals intact, including labels and stickers.
NOTE: If the item received correlates to the order receive, no exchange or refunds will be given.
